Not everyone is comfortable with words, some people are able to fully express themselves with music, others with images. For this reason, we have decided to start this new format: we give 5 inputs to some of the illustrators we like most and ask them to respond through drawings. Not something complex and elaborate, just sketches on paper, like when as children we give shape to our imagination.
I am a Visual Artist from Novi Sad. After finishing my Master’s studies at the Academy of Arts, I moved to Turin- Italy, where I lived ten years before moving to Barcelona, where I currently live and work. My style is an eclectic, cutting-edge mix of traditional and digital media, bold, colorful, wild, very personal, and characteristic, often described as “Pop Art meets Surreal Expressionism” (even if I do not like to be put in a box or defined by any particular style) that phrase is describing quite accurately my state of mind and vibrant temperament. In my personal work I am very interested in human psychology, our behavior and social dilemmas, our relation to others, and the world inside and outside of ourselves. In the commercial field, I am specialized mostly in editorial & fashion illustration, where my recognizable style gave me the opportunity to work for selected international clients such as Armani Exchange, Washington Post, Corriere Della Sera, and Bicycle USA amongst many others. I create continuously, my art is my life:)
