Let’s start our photographic journey with Xueyun Chen.

My name is Xueyun Chen, though I usually go by Xue. It means snow in Chinese. Inspired by my mom, I’ve been drawn to art and photography since childhood. This passion shaped my path, taking me from my home country of China to Italy —— another cradle of art and culture, where I studied and eventually chose to build my career. Now based between Milan and Rome, I work as a photographer, centering on the dialogue between emotion and light, distilling moments into distinct atmospheres. Photography to me is as instinctive as breathing. It lies in its meditative power —— the focus and presence it brings when observing the subtlest details.
