Toshihiko Shibuya trasforma i campi innevati in una magica Candy Land

Per la sua serie di installazioni Snow Pallet, l’artista giapponese Toshihiko Shibuya ha trasformato un campo innevato in una magica Candy Land.

Sculture metalliche verniciate con brillanti colori fluorescenti vengono installate nella neve dall’artista ed è la natura ad occuparsi del resto. La neve che continua a cadere e la luce che cambia durante il giorno interagiscono con la poetica opera di land art.

Uno slancio di ottimismo per far fronte alla rigidità dell’inverno:

“Everybody tends to hate winter, but if you change your point of view, the possibilities for the future are wide open.”
