– Switch to page 1 for Italian version –

Not everyone is comfortable with words, some people are able to fully express themselves with music, others with images. For this reason, we have decided to start this new format: we give 5 inputs to some of the illustrators we like most and ask them to respond through drawings. Not something complex and elaborate, just sketches on paper, like when as children we give shape to our imagination.

Mario was born in Cádiz, Spain, a southern paradise surrounded by sun, sea, seagulls, and jokes, in 1986.
Right after weaning, his grandmother placed a pencil on his hand and grew up scribbling in the kitchen – sometimes on the walls – while his mother cooked dishes of unique flavors. His aunts collected drawings and his grandfather asked “Does the kid keep drawing?”.
He obtained a double degree in Law and Business Administration at the Charles III University of Madrid. Afterward, he became a designer who delivers visual solutions for worldwide clients. He knows how to skip prison and get satisfied clients with stunning visual solutions.
Although Mario has never been focused on awards, his work has been recognized on different occasions. He accepts them because somehow they gave him the energy to start his creative career.
Nowadays, he works from his studio based in Prague, Czech Republic.

When you where a child, what did you dream you’d become?

What did you eat last night?

Your favorite activity

Your idea of serenity

How do you see yourself in 20 years?
