Not everyone is comfortable with words; some people can fully express themselves through music, others through images. For this reason, we have decided to start this new type of format in which we give 5 prompts to some of the illustrators we like the most and ask them to respond through sketches. Not something complex and elaborate, but just rough sketches on paper, like when as children we give shape to our imagination. This is Noyah Jung.

Hi, I’m Noyah Jung, an illustrator based in Seoul, South Korea.
It’s a pleasure to meet the readers of Artwort.
I often use objects from my everyday life as the subjects of my artwork. Although they may seem ordinary, I enjoy observing their forms and meanings from my own perspective. For me, this process feels a bit like sculpting, almost like carving or reshaping objects into something new through 3D graphic tools. Through my work, I hope people can see their everyday lives from a slightly different perspective and discover small moments of joy and curiosity along the way.In a way,
I believe this is how I can contribute, with the talents I have, to making the world just a little more positive.
