Not everyone is comfortable with words; some people can fully express themselves through music, others through images. For this reason, we have decided to start this new type of format in which we give 5 prompts to some of the illustrators we like the most and ask them to respond through sketches. Not something complex and elaborate, but just rough sketches on paper, like when as children we give shape to our imagination. This is Martina Stocchetti.

Hi! 🙂
my name is Martina Stocchetti and I am a graphic designer and illustrator. Since I was a child, a sheet of paper and a pencil have always been my best travel companions and drawing has always been my main means of expression. I was born in 1990 in a small village in the province of Vicenza, and I immediately discovered that the creative medium is the one that best expresses my personality. In 2004 I started my artistic training with an advertising graphic address before moving to Turin in 2009 in film and television scenography. During my studies I was able to deepen other aspects of the creative and artistic spectrum and this led me to approach photography as well, although my primary passions remains graphic design and illustration in all its forms and techniques. In 2017 I moved to Rome to study comics.
Now I am back to Turin, where I work freelance.
